VBG-24P固封极柱式户内高压真空断路器是专业化设计的固封极柱式断路器。主要设计理念是:主回路采用固封极柱，提高断路器的环境适应性和绝缘可靠性;改进机构设计,延长机械寿命，提高机械可靠性。可靠的机械和电气性能，延长的机械寿命和电气寿命，使断路器的免维护成为可能。VBG-24P断路器是额定电压24kV、交 流50Hz的户内开关设备元件。产品符合GB、DL、IEC等相关国内国际标准的规定，性能达到M2-E2-C2级水平。VBG- 24P断路器配用专用推进机构，组成手车式单元使用。断路器配置有可靠的联锁单元，可满足用户的“五防”保护功能。

■ 主回路采用固封极柱

断路器主回路采用 APG 工艺成型技术，用高性能的环氧树脂将真空灭弧室及上下出线固封在一起，使真空灭弧室免受灰尘、潮气和污秽的影响，提高了环境适应性和绝缘可靠性。

■ 固封极柱上下出线之间具有伞群

在固封极柱上下出线之间设计了伞群，增加了断口间外绝缘的爬电距离，提高了断路器的绝缘可靠性。

■ 断路器为 M2 级断路器

优越的机构性能，可使用在频繁操作的场合，断路器满足 M2 级断路器的要求，机械寿命高达 20000 次。

■ 断路器为 E2 级断路器

断路器在西安高压电器检测中心通过了全部型式试验，满足 E2 级断路器的要求，小电流断路器开断满容量短路电流达 30次，大电流断路器开断满容量短路电流达 20 次。

■ Umbrella Structure Between Upper and Lower Leads of the Solid-Sealed Terminal

A umbrella structure is designed between the upper and lower leads of the solid-sealed terminal, increasing the creepage distance of the external insulation between the contacts and improving the insulation reliability of the circuit breaker.

■ The circuit breaker is an M2-Class Circuit Breaker

Superior mechanical performance allows for use in applications requiring frequent operation. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of an M2 class circuit breaker, with a mechanical life of up to 20,000 cycles.

■ The circuit breaker is an E2-class circuit breaker.

The circuit breaker has passed all type tests at the Xi'an High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Testing Center, meeting the requirements of an E2-class circuit breaker. The small-current circuit breaker can break a full-capacity short-circuit current up to 30 times, and the large-current circuit breaker can break a full-capacity short-circuit current up to 20 times.

■ The circuit breaker is a C2-class circuit breaker.

During capacitive current breaking, the circuit breaker exhibits a low probability of repeated breakdown, meeting the requirements of a C2-class circuit breaker.
