SELPRO控制器ESY系列介绍

ESY是一款多功能模拟控制器，设计用于主控或从控模式，通过相位切割控制实现与主电源平衡的比例控制输出。它非常适合控制安装在轴流风机、径流风机或离心风机上的单相异步电机（F级）的转速，确保 空调、制冷、供暖、通风、空气分层消除、热力通风和空气净化系统精准高效运行。

ESY提供8 A、12 A、16 A 和 20 A版本，可根据指令信号与设定点指令之间的差异，按照预定义的运行限制（最小值/最大值或截止限制）将交流功率从 0% 连续调节至100%。

它具有三个用于主模式的模拟输入（两个用于 4-20 mA 或 0-5 Vdc 的压力传感器输入，一个用于 25 °C 时 10 kΩ 的 NTC 热敏电阻输入）和一个用于从模式的 0-10 Vdc 模拟输入，从而实现灵活的控制和定制化的通风系统。有效信号的选择是自动的：控制器始终检测并使用数值最高的信号，无需进行任何编程。

控制器允许通过可选插头启用第二个设定点，从而实现单设定点或双设定点控制。电路板上有一个特定的开关触点，用于在两个设定点之间切换，以便根据不同的运行条件调整设备。

此外，还增加了反向功能，以便在热泵模式下运行，并在控制信号丢失时切换到全功率（100% 输出），从而确保即使在紧急情况下也能不间断运行。

ESY 具有0-10 V 或 PWM 输出，适用于更复杂的应用，可驱动从设备并支持集中式或分散式架构中多个单元的同步。

ESY对命令输入具有保护，可防止高达 275 Vac 的浪涌电压，网络和信号电路之间具有完全的电气隔离，具有 B 类 EMC 滤波器，并且与主接地系统 （IT、TT、TN）完全兼容。

ESY is a multi functional analog controller designed to operate in master or slave mode, with proportional control output through phase-cut control balanced with the main supply. It is ideal for controlling single-phase, asynchronous motor speeds (class F) installed on axial, radial or centrifugal fans, ensuring accurate, efficient  operation in air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, destratification, thermoventilation and air purifying systems.

Available in 8 A, 12 A, 16 A and 20 A versions, ESY allows the AC power to be continuously adjusted from 0% to 100% on the basis of the differential between the command signal and the setpoint command set in accordance with the predefined limits of operation (minimum/maximum values or cut-off limits).

It has three analog inputs for master mode (two inputs for pressure transducers of 4-20 mA or 0-5 Vdc, an input for an NTC probe of 10 kΩ @ 25 °C) and an analog input of 0-10 Vdc for the slave mode, which enables flexible control and a customized ventilating system. The choice of active signal is made automatically: the controller always detects and uses the signal with the highest value without having to program this.

The controller allows a single or double setpoint to be employed through an optional plug which enables the second setpoint. A specific on-off contact on the board is used for the transfer between the two setpoints to facilitate adjustment of the unit to the variable operating conditions.

A reverse function was also added for operation in both heat pump mode and transfer to full power (100% output) if the command signal is lost, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in emergency situations.

ESY has an 0-10 V or PWM output for more complex applications to drive the slave devices and support the synchronization of a number of units in centralized or spread out architecture.

ESY has protection on the command inputs, protection against power surges  up to 275 Vac, complete galvanic isolation between the network and the signal circuits, a Class B EMC filter and full compatibility with the main earthing systems (IT, TT, TN).

Its versatile architecture and complete range of functions makes ESY a reliable, high-performing solution for fan unit control.
