The BSC 300 reads the frequency signal from the Sames microphone speed sensor or a fiber optic converter. Additionally, the BSC 300 detects the presence of the cup and air bearing failure, preventing these types of errors for safe production.
Thanks to its compact design, the BSC 300 is perfectly suited for mounting on pressurized sections of robots. Naturally, the BSC 300 fits easily into the control cabinet. Thanks to its advanced connectivity, it can communicate with any type of PLC with the appropriate communication network card: Profinet, Ethernet/IP, CC-link, or Profibus.
Advanced configuration is possible via the USB connection and Sames software.
